I often get asked what we will focus on. I have decades of broad commercial business experience and have mentored companies for 10 years, so when you fill out my author coaching form (I send it after receiving payment), it's tailored to your goals, skills and business. If you want real change and are willing to do the work, I will guide you in the right direction.
What I don't do: I do not put together business strategies or marketing plans. Coaching is about information gathering and learning. You will need to execute the changes required in your business.
